Which level is right for you?
Beginner - For first-timers or if you're getting back into it. Our beginner classes are technique-based, yet challenging enough to raise the heart rate and deliver a session to tone and strengthen the body.
Intermediate - Our intermediate classes assume you have grasped the key principles of Pilates and you're ready for a greater-intensity, full body workout.
Advanced - For the experienced Pilates participant, these classes represent the ultimate step up in intensity and technique.
