Beginner

For first-timers or if you're getting back into it. Our beginner classes are technique-based, yet challenging enough to raise the heart rate and deliver a session to tone and strengthen the body. 

Intermediate

Our intermediate classes are for those who have grasped the key principles of Pilates and you're ready for a greater-intensity, full body workout. 

Pre-Natal

Offered or expectant mothers in their 2nd & 3rd trimesters. Maintain your activity and base fitness levels throughout your pregnancy. We’'ll keep you moving and feeling great whilst catering for your specific and individual needs during pregnancy.

One-on-one Reformer Pilates

Our studio offers one on one reformer Pilates classes with our instructors. Starting with an initial assessment to understand your postural alignment, movements, goals and any injuries we create a completely tailored Pilates plan to deliver your desired results.

OUR STUDIO

Nestled down a laneway off the Victoria Avenue main hub of Albert Park is our studio. Be welcomed by a clean, bright space filled with natural light and an ambient atmosphere. With 10 state of the art Allegro II reformer beds we’ve created an oasis for you to move your body and regenerate the mind.

NU PILATES STYLE

We offer flowing, dynamic classes for a full body workout. Our focus is correct form and technique to create lasting results. A variety of small equipment is integrated into classes to challenge the body and mind. Our style integrates strength orientated exercises to tone combined with stretches to elongate creating the perfect balance. Our classes are limited to 10 participants for a fun, social environment and individual attention throughout.
