Your road to healthy living.  Each client is assessed on posture, movement and fitness and we work one-on-one with you to set long-term, personal goals specifically for your body type, sport and level of fitness. Our trainers are practiced in physical therapies designed to enhance your workout, including movement to strengthen weak muscle groups and trigger point therapy to lengthen tight muscles.

This ten-week program is designed for the committed individual who wants to achieve life changing results, fast. With a focus on long-term change, you will train through a variety disciplines, push hard and learn how to lead a better, healthier life.

Bridging the gap between personal training and sports-therapy, our elite trainers are highly skilled in both fundamental and newly developed techniques to assist your rehabilitation. Our Personal Training and Pilates knowledge will help you return to full health, stronger and fitter than before.

:: Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do with my child?  Bring your pram or bouncer – as long as your child is safe and secure, you’ll be able to enjoy your session. For health and safety reasons, babies can’t crawl on the floor.
Are prams used in the session?  No, we use the studio equipment. Prams are parked in a dedicated spot.
What if I'm breastfeeding?  We cater to your needs. We recommend feeding bub before class if possible, to allow you at least an hour of peace. This may be better for your physical comfort, too. If you’re uncomfortable at any time just let us know and we will adapt exercises to suit you.
What if my child wakes or needs me?  Just excuse yourself from the exercise at hand and tend to them. You can jump in and out of exercises as necessary.
What if I’ve had a C-section?  Your doctor will advise you when it’s suitable to return to exercise. But please let us know before you participate.
What do I bring?  Nothing. We have towels and bottled water for purchase.
Do I need to book?  No. Just turn up!
